Bongos and Brass

Fans of Owen and Olly who want to get closer to the action won't want to miss this! Bongos and Brass is the first of an exciting new generation of interactive concerts brought to you by Children's Classic Concerts and Enterprise Music Scotland, the organisation that champions chamber music in Scotland.

Bongos and Brass brings together Owen and Olly, CCC's charismatic presenters, who together form the award-winning and internationally successful percussion act O Duo, and Thistle Brass, five brilliant young performers who are already being hailed as the best brass quintet in Scotland. So that you can join in the fun more easily, we are taking the concert to relaxed, family friendly spaces where you can really feel part of the action.

We recently enjoyed two fantastic Bongos and Brass concerts, one in Glasgow on 6th February and another in Galashiels on 7th February. Thanks to everyone who came along and made these events a success!

At the Bongos and Brass concerts there will be lots of chances to participate and have a laugh with the performers, as well as enjoying their amazing, virtuoso performances. Then, after the concert, there will be a Meet The Musicians Session, when you are invited to have a chat, see the instruments up close, and learn more from some of the best young professionals in the UK.
